Return Policy

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the store of I GAS AND CO. EE. You have 30 days to return your purchase. Keep your receipt because it is necessary in case of return.

If the package is opened you will receive a credit note. We do not accept returns on products from the Opportunity Department (gift cards or offers), items with opened packaging or cut to the dimension you have chosen), as well as any product that has been modified or used. Shipping costs and other additional services are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a product return or replacement.

Return of non-defective products

If you change your mind you can return the products of an order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the order, accompanied by the receipt or the purchase invoice. Only those products that have not been used will be accepted and returned to our address in their original packaging, intact (to match the serial number of the package with that of the machine).

The products to be purchased must be of equal or greater value.

For the return of your products you can visit our store. Alternatively, send your request in writing by filling out the withdrawal form - return form.

If you can not return the products you have bought yourself from our online store (www.igas.gr), the cooperating transport company can return them for you with an additional charge. The charge for transporting your products depends on the postal code of your area and the weight of the goods.

Whichever way you choose for the return request of the products, the return request takes effect from the date you inform us of the return request of the goods.

The products you want to return should be in excellent condition, with closed packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product is covered by a warranty due to a manufacturing defect. In case you open the package of the product, you should make sure to return it in perfect condition, together with all the parts and components of which it consists.

In case they are not returned within 14 days then I GAS AND CO. EE. may not accept any product return or replacement. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

In addition to the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers are recognized in each case under the existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any rights arising in connection with the product warranty terms.

Transportation of returned products

In case you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will be charged the immediate cost of returning the products. The return of the returned products will be possible only from the address that you had stated from the beginning for their shipment.

Return of value of returned products

If you meet the return conditions, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you return in the same way you made the original transaction (credit card, bank account, Paypal) unless you want another way of return for which you should let us know in writing. In addition, we will refund the amount you spent on the freight rates of the goods you purchased through the igas online store (www.igas.gr) at your place (excluding the additional costs due to your choice to use a mode of transport other than cheapest standard way we offer).

The return of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will take place after you inform us in writing about the return request of the products and we accept their return as well as if the products have been delivered to the cooperating transport company / courier.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

a) the supply of goods or services the price of which is subject to monetary market fluctuations which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period

b) the supply of goods manufactured in accordance with the specifications you have set as a consumer or clearly personalized

c) the supply of goods which, after delivery, by reason of their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements

Return of defective products

The customer is entitled, within the legal timeframes and regardless of the right of unjustified withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days of the provisions of Law 2251/1994, to exercise his statutory rights due to product defects, by submitting a direct request to the our email address orders@igas.gr or phone at 2813014649.

If a product is declared defective by the customer, I GAS AND CO. EE. is explicitly reserved for the immediate prompting of communication with the competent technicians of each company in order to diagnose the product as defective.

The product can only be replaced if the packaging is presented (so that the product can be returned to the supplier and only if the defect does not result from misuse of the consumer or violation of the instructions for use of the product.

The assignment or transfer of rights regarding the defectiveness of the products is excluded.

Order cancellation

The website www.igas.gr has an order cancellation mechanism (in whole or in part), in case you wish and is valid for orders that have been registered and have not been sent. In case your order has been placed with the transport company, then the return of the monetary value of the canceled order will be made in the same way as you made your transaction, as soon as the products are returned to igas.gr.
