EE Recommends that the installation and connection of gas appliances be done exclusively by a qualified technician who will have a license for the execution, maintenance and repair of gas combustion installations. Specifically, LPG installations must comply with the legislation in accordance with JM31856/2003 (Technical Regulation of LPG installations in buildings, except industries and crafts), Government Gazette 1257/Β/03.09.2003. In addition, according to the Presidential Decree No.114 FEK 199/t.A'/17.10.2012, the certified staff, after the completion of the LPG installation, prepares a responsible statement which lists all the work performed as well as the specifications of the materials used. were used. Order cancellation
The website www.igas.gr has an order cancellation mechanism (in whole or in part), in case you wish and is valid for orders that have been registered and have not been sent. The cancellation of the order must be done within 12 hours from its registration.
How and when to send an order
The delivery process of the products begins after the full payment of each order and the confirmation of the payment. Orders to be completed by 11:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day otherwise the next business day. Delivery time is 2-5 working days from confirmation of payment, except for products that are after delivery order.

Payment by Credit/Debit Card
The igas.gr online store accepts all debit and credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, JCB and Diners Club. You make your transactions in our online store through the secure payment system of VivaWallet and you do not reveal the details of each card in igas. If you choose to pay by credit card you must follow the instructions in our online store. Cash on delivery
If your order does not exceed 499€, you have the opportunity to pay by cash on delivery to the employee of the Courier company the market value, upon delivery to your place. The amount you are charged is 2 € + VAT.
This method is valid for all of Greece and in case the package does not exceed 10kg.
Payment via PayPal

Use of gift voucher/coupon
To use a gift voucher / coupon that you have won from our physical or online store, as you complete your order, on the last page of your data entry you will see a field that says "Use voucher / Use Gift Voucher". In this field you fill in the code of the gift voucher and the corresponding amount is deducted from the cost of the products of your order. Return Policy
Non-defective products
You can return the products of an order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the order, accompanied by the receipt or the purchase invoice. Only those products that have not been used will be accepted and returned to our address in their original packaging, intact (to match the serial number of the package with that of the machine). In addition, the products to be purchased must be of equal or greater value.
In any case, the return is the responsibility of the customer and the customer is solely responsible for the shipping costs.
Defective products
The customer is entitled, within the legal timeframes and regardless of the right of unjustified withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days of the provisions of Law 2251/1994, to exercise his statutory rights due to product defects, by submitting a direct request to the our email address orders@igas.gr or phone at 2813014649.
The product can only be replaced if the packaging is presented (so that the product can be returned to the supplier and only if the defect does not result from misuse of the consumer or violation of the instructions for use of the product.

Order Delay
Any delay in your order may be due to one of the following reasons:
Courier delays: Due to the heavy workload of courier companies there may be delays in the delivery of your orders.
Bank Deposit: For the best service and the fastest delivery of your order, please indicate in the deposit the order code and the name given during its creation. In order to start the process of sending the products after deposit in a bank, the amount deposited must be displayed in the company's account and the details must be identified. This process requires the contribution of the respective bank and for this reason the process of sending the products may be delayed.
The supplier was late to send the product: in order to offer you variety and competitive prices we order our products from a large list of suppliers, Greek and foreign. However, it often happens that an order is delayed at the customs or in its transfer. In such cases we will contact you and ask you if you want us to deliver the order without the specific product or by replacing it with another one that we will suggest. We will send this item to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouses.
The product you have ordered has already been removed and is not available: in the products available through our online store there is often the phenomenon that a supplier announces unannounced that he removes some products, in this case a person from our company will contact you , as soon as possible, in order to give you alternatives.
